We combine our proprietary underwriting engine, Vol-OS, active governance and decades of intimate experience of operating within Australia’s energy markets. We are committed to find the equilibrium between the developer’s need for certainty and the underwriter’s need for yield, a fair trade that supports long-term, sustainable investment. We champion transparency, sharing our logic and aligning our incentives so that capital flows efficiently to where it is needed most.
An affordable transition
We believe that volatility is a signal to be managed, not a tax on the end consumer. By mobilising billions in capital to build firming capacity, we are doing the hard work required to smooth out price spikes and stablise the grid.
